Cancellation Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable so, please pay close attention to where you are booking, what service, and time you're booking. We are not affiliated with the Omni Hotel. No refunds will be refunded for scheduling or booking to the wrong facility or spa. Though if this does happen we will be glad to service you for the scheduled time you have booked with our company. There will be allotment for a 90 day spa credit for all cancellations within 24 hours of the original appointment scheduled. This spa credit must be used within the 90 day time frame or you will loose the spa credit. No call no shows will be subject to pay full price plus the additional $25 rebooking fee before you can be seen again. We have the right to refuse services of any kind. Thank you!
