Cancellation Policy

We value you your time and we like the same in return. All appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be subject t a $25 rebooking fee before eligibility to receive another appointment. No call no shows will be subject to pay full price plus the additional booking fee before you can be seen again. All clients are contacted 48 hours prior to you appointment by, telephone, email, or text message and we need you to confirm back the same day. If you do not confirm your appointment that day you will automatically lose it and it will be given to the next client on the wait list. Thank you!
